Jewelry must be completely unworn with no signs of wear
Must include jewelry box, pouches, and all accessories
Include authenticity certificates and original tags
Original receipt or order confirmation required
For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene and health safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This includes studs, hoops, dangles, and all earring styles.

Custom engraved or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there was an error in the engraving process.
