Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible jewelry items for a full refund. The return window begins on the day you receive your order.
Important for Fine Jewelry

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we have a shorter return window to ensure authenticity and quality standards.

How to Return Jewelry

Contact customer service to initiate your jewelry return. You'll need your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Secure Packaging

Carefully package your jewelry in the original jewelry box and protective materials. Include all certificates of authenticity, care cards, and the return form we'll provide.

Insured Shipping

Use our prepaid, insured return label for secure shipping. All jewelry returns must be sent with tracking and insurance for your protection and ours.

Non-Returnable Jewelry Items

Important: These Items Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Earrings

For hygiene and health safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This includes studs, hoops, dangles, and all earring styles.

Wrong Sizing

Jewelry cannot be returned due to incorrect sizing. Please use our sizing guide or visit a local jeweler to determine your correct size before ordering. We provide detailed sizing information for all jewelry.

Engraved/Personalized Jewelry

Custom engraved or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there was an error in the engraving process.

Vintage/Antique Pieces

Vintage and antique jewelry items are final sale due to their unique nature and age.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned jewelry, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective jewelry, etc.). Return shipping is free for defective items and covered by our insured return service.

Defective or Damaged Jewelry

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive jewelry with manufacturing defects, loose stones, broken clasps, or damage during shipping, contact us immediately. These items can be returned regardless of our standard policy restrictions.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong jewelry item, we'll arrange for immediate exchange at no cost to you, including expedited shipping for the correct item.

Quality Guarantee

All our jewelry comes with a quality guarantee. If your jewelry shows manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.
